A Sweat Team favourite! This class is a full body workout targeting every muscle group. All exercises within this class are bodyweight exercises including plyometric, static and dynamic exercises.
CORE CONDITIONING
This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility... The instructor may include a variety of equipment in the great workout.

A full body workout using a studio barbell, she weights and all movements at to the beat of the music
Strength and conditioning
In this Strength and conditioning class you will cover alot of different disiclpine such as plyometrics, endurance, strength, speed, power and technical olympic lifting.

Ready to get sweaty? Sweat intense in The Sweat Bank's signature class and definitely earns it's name. This class is a circuit based class which takes place on our functional rig and is without doubt the hardest class on the timetable....but it's also a lot of fun. This class is not suitable for the faint-hearted.

Sweat Cycle express is another new addition to our timetable and is a 30 minute version of our Sweat Cycle class and focuses on endurance, sprints and interval training.
